One philosophy · Four instruments

Four quiet places to sit with your music.

Music Buddha is a small family of practice companions — one each for guitar, ukulele, bass, and drums. Local-first. Every feature free. Built to stay out of your way.

no streaks. no goals. just the music.

The idea

Learn a song. Capture an idea. Sit down and play.

the same calm, whatever you play.
The family

Pick your instrument.

Same philosophy, different strings. (Or no strings at all.)

The philosophy

Three rules. Every Buddha keeps them.

Whatever you play, the promises are the same.

01

Your music stays yours.

Everything lives on your device. No server, no account, no cloud. Analytics stay off unless you opt in — and even then they're anonymous. We can't see your songs, your takes, or what you're working on. We like it that way.

02

Practice isn't a game.

No streaks, no goals, no badges, no guilt. The moment practice becomes a game you can lose, you stop. Each app quietly remembers what you've sat with — that's all the tracking you need.

03

Free means free.

Every feature, in every app, forever. There's a tip jar if you'd like to say thanks — but nothing is locked behind it, and nothing ever will be.

that's it. that's the whole terms of service.

Who's behind this

One musician. One dog. No growth team. Every Buddha is built by one person — and supervised by a black lab who has never once asked about anyone's streak.
